At Sullivan-Palatek, we take pride in working hard, but we also know how to celebrate together. This St. Patrick’s Day, our team gathered for a fun and festive lunch party, taking a well-deserved break to enjoy good food, great company, and a little friendly competition.

While traditional Irish fare may have been on the menu elsewhere, we opted for a universally loved classic—pizza! Our team came together to share a meal, swap stories, and enjoy a bit of St. Paddy’s Day spirit with festive decorations and plenty of laughter.

The aroma of spices filled the air as Sullivan-Palatek hosted its annual Chili Cook-Off, bringing employees together for a day of friendly competition and delicious food. From mild and savory to bold and fiery, each chili showcased unique flavors and creative twists.

After much tasting and voting, three winners emerged:
