The SPHT series is capable of delivering pressure dewpoints as low as 39°F, a significantly better option compared to other high inlet temperature dryers that only offer a 50°F dewpoint. In manufacturing processes, a 50°F dewpoint may not be sufficient, making the 39°F dewpoint of the SPHT series highly desirable. With a 39°F pressure dewpoint, the compressed air produced contains 33% less moisture compared to compressed air with a 50°F pressure dewpoint. The SPHT series is versatile and can cater to both 39°F and 50°F dewpoint requirements with its flow rating capability.
Features & Benefits
- SPHT series delivers pressure dew points of 39º F. Many other high inlet temperature dryers offer only a 50º F dew point that can prove insufficient in many manufacturing processes
- A modulating thermostatic expansion valve gives a more effective refrigeration control over a wide span of operating conditions
- A hot gas bypass valve compensates for low load conditions preventing freeze-up
